Should you discover that one of your ovens (electric or convection fan oven) is not working and you suspect that it is the safety thermostat which has tripped, please download one of the documents containing instructions on how to reset it.

Your oven may have tripped due to the oven being left on empty or has reached too high a temperature. During times of office shutdown you can download either of these documents. By resetting your safety stat this should reactivate your oven. On the occassion that this does not, please contact the service department in working hours (01202 733011) which will be quoted on our answering machine and we will contact you on our return to book an engineer.
