Gas burners.

3.5 and 5 kW open burners with exceptional yield - excellent heat distribution.
The "slow" setting will often do the job.
IMPORTANT: you can simultaneously use a pan with a diameter of 30 cm on each burner.

       
   
       
       

Simmer plate.

Enjoy the versatility of the simmer plate (the heart of all range cookers). Its off-center burner increases heat variation to deliver temperatures of 400° - 500°C in the center and 200°C at the edge. Flat griddle plate.

The flat or ridged griddle plates and the charcoal grill provide direct cooking with a minimum of fat and grease for healthier cooking.

       
       
       
       

Lay-off area.

The lay-off area lets you set part of the plate on the edge of the cooktop and part of it on the protection bar to keep your plates warm while preparing them.

       
       
       
       

Oven.

An enormous oven (530 x 530 x 300 mm) provides a huge heating capacity. For example, repeated opening of the door should not cause a drop in temperature. The gas oven is also heated in a way that allows you to make perfectly browned "gratins" without risk of burning.
Gas ovens are strongly recommended; if the cooker you choose has 2 ovens, the second oven may be gas or electric. If it is an electric oven, it will have a static heating setting, a pulsed-air heating setting and a "salamander" setting.
