All materials used are high-resistance materials (stainless steel
-cast iron- copper).
All
gas burners have complete positive safety mechanisms, no risk of gas
leaks even if misused (children).
The
cooking surface is a totally smooth, finely polished, 3-mm stainless
steel sheet.
The
frame is entirely made of heat insulated nickel-chrome stainless steel
and refractory materials under the simmer plate.
All
controls and command units and all burners are professionally made.
Frame
welding
Components
such as the simmer plate, ovens, etc. are particularly heavy: the
solid stainless steel frame is completely welded to ensure its solidity.
Surface
polishing
It
is important for the surface to be perfectly polished and without
rough spots. Pans must be able to slide smoothly over the cast-iron
simmer plate and on the surrounding stainless-steel surface.
Cutting
Many
operations are performed manually by professionals.
The thick sheets of stainless steel require high-precision cutting
machines.
Welding
The
finishing on the panel with high-temperature enameling (840°C)
requires traditional torch welding principles.
Insulation
The
temperature under the simmer plate is high (exceeding 500°C),
which is why we pour cement insulation which is resistant to very
high temperatures, isolating and protecting all the components.
